Self catering accommodation at Lands End

Curlew Cottage is a three bedroom fully detached traditional granite cottage situated in the tiny Lands End hamlet of Trevescan, a bit over a mile from Sennen Cove.
This is a spectacular location for nature lovers, walkers, surfers, birdwatchers and archeologists.
A path leads from the cottage providing easy access to the South West Coastal Path and beaches.

This self-catering accommodation for six people (plus baby facilities) is extremely comfortable and well equipped. We have tried to create a home from home!
The entrance porch with storage for boots and coats leads into a light open plan lounge/dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a log burner, 32" digi-freeview TV and DVD player.

The opposite end of the living room provides ample space for six diners (a high chair is also available).
There is a selection of books and games together with guides and DVD's plus Hi-fi.
A door leads into...

...the small but perfectly formed kitchen which is fully equipped with a washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, double oven and hob, microwave and large fridge freezer along with all the necessary pots, pans and crockery.
We also supply cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, and useful things such as dishtowels, clingfilm, foil etc. If in doubt ask us!

The rear ground floor bedroom has twin beds, together with pine drawers, wardrobe and easy chairs.
Upstairs you will find the bathroom with roll-topped double ended bath with shower over along with toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and electric shaver point.

Next door is a comfortable double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, pine chests, hand basin and shaver point.

The third bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobe, pine drawers and easy chair.

The private rear garden provides secure storage for surf gear etc, garden furniture for al fresco dining, and is a child friendly play area with extensive rural views out towards the coast.
There are drying lines....
... and, for your convenience, hidden away behind some trees, is a very upmarket outside loo!
Additionally, there is a second south facing garden, behind the garage, with extensive views. An ideal location for evening b-b-q's.

The cottage is fully double glazed.
Night storage heaters in the lounge and bedrooms.
An electric immersion heater provides hot water.
All bedlinen is provided but not towels
Travel cot and high chair available.
We provide fire lighting material and a basket of logs.
No smoking in the cottage please.
Ample parking for upto four vehicles.
One dog by prior agreement. However we ask that pets do not go on furniture or upstairs...dog hairs, we know from experience, get everywhere! We also ask that dogs don't foul the gardens as it is anti-social for guests that follow. Please be considerate and help us to stay dog friendly.
